My new 120V Regular Household Adapter isn't working

We will be reaching out to our customers who have received a recently shipped Regular Household Adapter from us. (After April 5th, 2017)


These were on backorder for quite a few months, waiting on our supplier to custom-make and ship them to work with our JuiceBox and JuiceBox Pro units.  When they arrived, we shipped them out immediately as we were eager to fulfill orders.


We found thru customer feedback these past few days that the adapters are wired incorrectly and will not work on a 120V circuit as intended. Our internal testing has yielded the same result.


Since some of our customers purchased these for convenience and travel, it may not be known until you go to use it that it won’t work.


We want to let you know that we will be shipping you a working adapter. We are doing everything we can to expedite this process and will get them to you as quickly as possible.  Also note that your JuiceBox will still work with a normal 240V circuit and there is nothing wrong with the JuiceBox itself.


We also ask that you destroy if possible, or mark as bad and throw away the adapter we sent.  You can also choose to fix it and use it as a spare if you like.  You can find wiring directions in our support pages.
