How can I fix an error in my order once it is already placed?:

The easiest way to modify your order is to cancel the incorrect order, and place another order. If you just need to add another item to your order, please create an additional order and select "Add to Existing Order" as your shipping option.

Should I create an account to checkout, or just checkout as a guest?:

An account is not required in order to purchase a product however having an account may be helpful to make future purchases.

 

Is it possible to order a JuiceBox with customized features?

Yes.  When you order your JuiceBox, you have the option to customize your purchase with a variety of options and add-ons:

  • Choose your installation type.  JuiceBox comes with a standard NEMA , 14-50 plug, or you can choose a hard-wired option which comes with a pre-wired pigtail..JuiceNet Green software upgrade
  • Various add-ons/accessories including a security locking bracket, carrying case for on-the-go use, and adapters

 

How can I place an order to ship outside of the US? 

We currently ship internationally for orders made through our website. Customers from Canada and New Zealand can place an order through our website or via our partners Autocharger.ca (CA) and JuicePoint (NZ). Ordering through these partners may qualify certain customers for government rebates that don’t apply to orders placed abroad.
