Monitoring JuiceBox Charging

My JuiceBox is charging my car, but I do not see any usage charts on my web portal?:

 Ensure your JuiceBox is properly connected to your network. Once connected, charging usage information will be available via your web or mobile dashboard.

How do I see charge charts for my charging station?:

Once connected to the mobile or web platform, sign in (or sign up if you have not already), and navigate to "Show all JuiceBoxes". From there, click on "Real-time data" under your JuiceBox ID.

How do I read the charge charts?:

What is a "charging session"?:

A charging session begins when you first plug in your vehicle and runs until the battery is either full or the charger is unplugged.

How can I tell my energy usage for a particular session or date?:

In the mobile app:

  • Go to “Recent” tab
  • Go to “Real-time data” and scroll down the page to see a sessions log where your sessions and total energy delivered are displayed
  • Look at the most recent session or date you are interested in reviewing

On your computer:

  • Go to “History” tab
  • Go to “Real-time data” and scroll down the page to see a sessions log where your sessions and total energy delivered are displayed
  • Look at the most recent session or date you are interested in reviewing
