What is your return policy?:

Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We take pride in the quality of our products and we offer comprehensive customer service. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product for a refund within 30 days of the date you purchased it. Please note that a 10% restocking fee will apply unless the return is caused by a manufacturing defect. You will be responsible for the shipping costs incurred to return the item.

 

What is the return process for an item?

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at support@emotorwerks.com and provide us with your order number and the reason for return. Our fulfillment department will contact you with return instructions and an RMA.
